Polyester (PE) felt single-layer nominal filter bags are durable depth filtration media designed to capture both fine and coarse particles from liquid streams. Made from needle-punched polyester fibers, these bags offer superior abrasion resistance and better temperature tolerance than polypropylene, making them suitable for harsh process conditions. They are a reliable and economical choice for general-purpose liquid filtration across multiple industries.

Operation

Contaminated liquid flows inside to outside through the filter bag. Suspended solids and particles are retained within the felt matrix and on the bag surface. Clean liquid exits through the housing outlet. Designed for disposable use, though limited rinsing/reuse is possible in some applications.
